1. About these terms

These terms describe permitted use of the jeddOS informational website at www.jeddos.com, operated by JEDInvest, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them before using the website. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

2. Informational purpose and development status

This website introduces jeddOS and its intended approach to goal execution. The app is in development and is not yet publicly available. Descriptions of planned features, AI capabilities, and product direction may change and do not promise a release date, feature set, or particular result.

The website does not currently offer account registration, purchases, subscriptions, or an interactive AI service. Separate or additional terms will apply when such services are offered.

3. Permitted use

You may view the website and share links for lawful informational purposes. You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability or security, introduce malicious software, impersonate others, or use the site in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights.

4. Website content and intellectual property

The jeddOS name, branding, text, and other website materials are owned by JEDInvest, LLC or used with appropriate permission, except where otherwise indicated. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

You may make personal, noncommercial copies for reference while retaining relevant notices. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission unless allowed by law. Contact jed@jeddOS.com for permission requests.

5. No professional advice or guaranteed outcomes

Content describes a productivity and execution approach. It is not medical, mental-health, financial, legal, or other professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether an idea is appropriate for your circumstances. Using an execution system does not guarantee that you will reach a goal.

Future AI suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate and will require human judgment. Any terms governing actual AI use will be provided with the app.

Links to third-party services, if provided, are for convenience. We do not control their content, availability, or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

7. Availability and accuracy

We may update, suspend, or discontinue website content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted access, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limits of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JEDInvest, LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any non-excludable liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

Our Privacy policy describes information associated with website visits and correspondence. If you contact us, provide only information you are entitled to share. Sending feedback does not create a confidentiality agreement or require us to develop a suggested feature.

10. Updates and applicable rights

We may revise these terms as the website changes. The published terms will identify their effective or updated date. Changes do not remove rights or remedies you have under applicable law. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
