1. Who we are and what this covers

JEDInvest, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the jeddOS informational website at www.jeddos.com. This policy describes information associated with visiting the website and contacting us about jeddOS.

The jeddOS app is not yet publicly available. This policy does not describe an active account service or authorize the collection of app account information. We will publish appropriate app privacy disclosures before public launch.

2. Information associated with this website

Website requests. Your browser sends technical information needed to request pages, such as an IP address and browser request headers. Our hosting environment may record access and error logs containing IP addresses, request times, requested pages, browser or device information, referring pages when supplied, and response codes.

Messages you send. If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any other information you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information by email.

Cookies and analytics. The static website itself does not set cookies, use browser storage, include advertising or analytics scripts, or embed third-party media. Images and styling are served with the site. Hosting or security services added to the deployment may affect these practices and must be reflected in this policy.

3. How information is used

Technical information may be used to deliver the website, diagnose errors, maintain security, and investigate abuse. Information in correspondence is used to respond to questions and manage the related conversation.

4. Service providers and disclosures

Hosting, infrastructure, security, and email providers may process information needed to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect rights, or address security incidents, subject to applicable law.

This website includes no advertising integrations or mechanisms for selling personal information or sharing it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. The upcoming app and AI

jeddOS is being developed with OpenAI AI technology. This informational website does not send visitor content to OpenAI or offer an AI chat feature.

Before the app launches, its privacy disclosures will explain which account details, goals, actions, metrics, prompts, or other content are collected; what is sent to AI providers; why it is sent; and what retention, deletion, training, and user-control arrangements apply. Do not rely on this website policy as the privacy notice for a future app account.

6. Retention and security

Information should be retained only as long as needed for the purposes described here, including relevant security, recordkeeping, and legal needs. Exact server-log and correspondence retention periods must be confirmed before this draft is adopted.

No method of internet transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid including sensitive information in unsolicited messages.

7. Your choices and requests

You can browse without creating an account and choose whether to contact us. Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. These rights can be subject to exceptions.

8. Children’s privacy

This informational website is intended for a general adult audience and does not offer accounts or submission forms for children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review the situation and address it as required by applicable law. Age eligibility and safeguards for the future app will be stated before launch.

If you follow an external link or use your email provider to contact us, that service processes information under its own privacy terms. This policy covers our website and our handling of correspondence.

We may update this policy as the website and our practices change. The published version will identify its effective or updated date. Material changes will be communicated where required.
